「新しいリーダーシップ」を描く仲間へ
立教大学経営学部のウェブサイトを訪ねてくださり、ありがとうございます。
私たちの学部が目指すのは、単なるビジネススキルの伝達ではありません。先行きの見えない現代社会において、周囲を巻き込み、ポジティブな変化を生み出す「全員発揮のリーダーシップ」を育むことです。
その核となるカリキュラムは、1年次から始まるBLP（ビジネス・リーダーシップ・プログラム）です。企業から提示される「正解のない課題」に対し、仲間と議論し、試行錯誤を繰り返す、この徹底した実践こそが、皆さんの潜在能力を引き出します。また、英語でビジネスを学ぶBBL（バイリンガル・ビジネス・リーダー）プログラムを通じ、世界を舞台に活躍できる多様な価値観と協働する力も養います。
リーダーシップとは、一部の選ばれた人の特権ではありません。自分に何ができるかを考え、行動するすべての人が持てる力です。立教大学経営学部という「自由の学府」で、自らの限界を超え、共に未来を切り拓いていきませんか。

Our Future Partners in Envisioning "New Leadership"
Thank you for visiting the website of the College of Business at Rikkyo University.
Our mission goes beyond simply transmitting business skills. In today’s unpredictable world, our goal is to nurture “Leadership for All”—the ability to engage those around you and drive positive change.
The core of our curriculum is the Business Leadership Program (BLP), which begins in the first year. By tackling "real-world challenges with no single correct answer" presented by corporations, students engage in rigorous discussion and iterative trial-and-error. It is this intensive practice that unlocks your true potential. Furthermore, through our Bilingual Business Leader (BBL) program, where business is studied in English, you will develop the capacity to collaborate with diverse perspectives on a global stage.
Leadership is not a privilege reserved for a select few. It is a power inherent in anyone who considers what they can contribute and takes action.
At Rikkyo’s “Academy of Freedom,” we invite you to push beyond your limits and forge a new future together. We, the faculty and staff, look forward to welcoming you and your bold ambitions.
